This course is five days long and is very practical in content. You will cover the important subjects undertaken in a surveillance management role and is a natural progression from Level 3. It is essential that in order to qualify at Level 4 you must have training to at least Level 3 standard of skills, together with relevant operational experience.
Delegates on this course will be managing a three car surveillance team throughout the period.

Criteria
Students who enrol on this course must hold a Btec Level 3 Award or a Level 3 Certificate in Foot & Mobile Surveillance or can verify that they have been carrying out operational surveillance for a minimum of 12 months.
Assessment
You will be assessed by observation and will be required to produce written work whilst you manage, brief and debrief a surveillance team. This is not an automatic pass course and the criteria for a pass is very stringent.
